Special bends that we do are applicable on tubes for heat exchangers (hairpins) or for spool piping. The bends that we manufacture can be from 30° to 180° and are always cold made. We have a series of molds that give us the possibility to realize almost all non standard radii on tubes with OD and thickness as follows. Copper and Copper Alloys, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex and Super Duplex. Following some technical details.

  • Tube OD 15 ÷ 19,05 mm minimum medium radius for bends from 30° to 180° : 23 mm

  • Tube OD 20÷ 21,3 mm minimum medium radius for bends from 30° to 180°: 30 mm

  • Tube OD 25,4 mm minimum medium radius for bends from 30° to 180°: 28 mm

  • Tube OD 26,7 mm minimum medium radius for bends from 30° to 180°: 35 mm

  • Tube OD 33,4 mm minimum medium radius for bends from 30° to 180°: 38 mm

  • Tube OD 48,3÷ 60,3 mm minimum medium radius for bends from 30° to 180°: 60 mm

  • Tube OD 88,9 mm minimum medium radius for bends from 30° to 180° : 191 mm

  • Tube OD 114,3 mm minimum medium radius for bends from 30° to 180° : 250 mm

  • Tube OD 6” (168,3 mm ) minimum medium radius for bends from 30° to 180°: 457 mm

  • With all other tubes BWG and ANSI standard we can do a complete series of radii and on request any other particular non standard radius
